Seagulls occupy the center stage and their flights complement the flowing waves below. The continual motion of waves is in stark contrast with the motionless rocks sitting along the shore. The pale moon light casts generous highlights on waves, rocks and seagulls. Instead o f a palette knife, I use a stiff brush to generate different shades on rocks, clouds and waves.
